CMCS- FCI El Reno- Sources Sought

The U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons has issued a Sources Sought Notice (15BCMS26N70000007) to conduct market research for comprehensive hospital and physician services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) El Reno, located in Oklahoma, and housing male inmates. The bureau anticipates issuing a single solicitation for a base year and four one-year option periods. The required comprehensive medical services include inpatient and outpatient facility and physician services, Long Term Acute Care (LTAC), telehealth services, and various on-site specialty consultations (such as orthopedic surgery, podiatry, urology, optometry, and physical therapy). The pricing structure will be based on Medicare reimbursement methodologies, allowing offerors to propose a percentage discount from or premium to established Medicare benchmark rates. These benchmarks include Medicare Part A (MS-DRG payments for CBSA 36420-Oklahoma City, OK), Part B Physician Services (Payment Locality 00-Oklahoma Statewide), and Part B Facility Services. The accompanying 13-question questionnaire gathers information on vendor capabilities, subcontracting levels, business size (under NAICS code 622110), pricing viability, centralized billing capabilities, and liability insurance standards.
