Munitions Maintenance and Inspection (M&I) Facility & Conventional Munitions Cube Storage Addition, HIANG, JBPHH, HI

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the Hawaii National Guard, is seeking proposals for the construction of a Munitions Maintenance and Inspection Facility and a Conventional Munitions Cube Storage Addition at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct the estimated 2,400-square-foot maintenance facility and the 1,320-square-foot storage addition, which include specialized micro-pile foundations, structural framing, and integrated fire and lightning protection systems. This 100 percent small business set-aside requires strict adherence to project phasing, temporary security fencing, and escort protocols when working outside active construction zones.
