Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, through the Army Contracting Command-Redstone, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing property management services for Government Furnished Property supporting the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles Project Office. The selected contractor will deliver comprehensive storage, management, procurement, repair, and maintenance services for property not currently accountable under active contracts. To fulfill the requirements, the contractor must support M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System variants, and maintain secure storage facilities near Lockheed Martin facilities to ensure immediate operational access. Respondents must possess Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency accreditation for housing Controlled Unclassified Information to perform this five-year contract, which is planned to begin no later than September 2027.
