Synopsis

The Department of the Air Force, through the Air Force Installation Contracting Center’s 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at JBSA-Lackland, is seeking SF 330 qualifications for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract for resilient architect-engineer services. The work supports Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization, as well as Military Construction Title I and Title II projects across the United States and Outlying Areas. The contract is planned as an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity award with a shared ceiling of $3.4 billion, and the solicitation includes both an unrestricted pool and a partial small business set-aside pool. Submissions must be made electronically through PIEE Solicitation Module by 14 April 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time; emailed or hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
