Army Contracting Command–Detroit Arsenal, part of the Department of Defense’s Army acquisition enterprise, is conducting market research for a potential procurement of M11 Small Arms Storage Racks under the BOAST program. The work centers on production of NSN 1095-00-897-8755, part number 8429990, for a base quantity of 117 each with an option for up to 100 percent more. A first article test report is required, and the associated distribution statement D technical data package will only be made available if and when a solicitation is released, with access requiring a current DD Form 2345.
