The U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is seeking commercial repair services for EGI 764+429+JAIC units used on MH-60T aircraft, with the goal of restoring the components to airworthy condition. The work covers teardown, test and evaluation, repair of eight units, and handling of any beyond economical repair items under the schedule’s scrap provisions. The contractor must repair non-RFI units to OEM specifications at its own facility, maintain ISO 9001-2000 or equivalent quality systems, and provide traceability plus Certificates of Conformance and Airworthiness for repaired parts.
