Contract Opportunity Analysis

The U.S. Coast Guard, through its Aviation Logistics Center, is conducting market research for an industrial grade 3D printer to replace the Stratasys F450 nearing end of life. The requirement is for a Stratasys F3300 System with Aircraft Interior Certification Solutions package, including the listed part number, to support additive manufacturing of aircraft-related prototypes. The item must come from Stratasys, an approved source, or an authorized distributor, must support the existing software and technology environment without new software or licensing, and must produce large-format parts within the stated build envelope while meeting FAA flame, smoke, and toxicity requirements for ULTEM 9085 use.
