REQUEST FOR INFORMATION-Mobile Audiometric Testing Solutions

The Federal Bureau of Investigation Finance and Facilities Division is conducting market research to identify commercially available mobile audiometric testing solutions. The agency requires an iPad-based, app-driven audiometry system capable of performing OSHA-compliant, self-guided pure tone hearing tests in quiet rooms without the need for traditional sound booths. Technical requirements specify that the solution must utilize native iPadOS software operating offline during active testing, employ wired, calibrated audiometric headphones with real-time background noise monitoring, and utilize HIPAA-compliant, physically U.S.-based cloud storage. Interested large and small businesses must submit a capability statement of no more than 15 pages detailing their technical qualifications and past performance.
