7A--Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source, GAMS Licenses and Maintenance

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole-source purchase order to GAMS Development Corporation to support its economic and scientific modeling activities. The contractor will provide continued software maintenance, technical support for existing perpetual General Algebraic Modeling System licenses, and additional software licenses and renewals as required. Work under this procurement is classified under NAICS code 541519 for Other Computer Related Services.
