16--100 W FILTER PA,AIR, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, intends to procure the repair and modification of air filter parts. The scope of work requires the servicing of 19 units of NSN 7R-1680-016108983-E7 under Technical Data Package version 002, with delivery designated as FOB origin. Because this flight-critical item requires engineering source approval to maintain part quality, the government intends to negotiate with only the previously approved source that holds the necessary proprietary technical data and design capability. Unapproved sources seeking consideration must submit a comprehensive proposal alongside the required documentation from the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure. Proposals or capability statements must be submitted to Kelly A. Gipson at kelly.a.gipson2.civ@us.navy.mil within 45 days of the publication of this presolicitation notice, or within 30 days if the award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement.
