Sources Sought AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT USAID PROGRAM CYCLE SUPPORT (PCS) in Hanoi, VN-HN, VNM. This notice is part of USAID/Vietnam's market research effort to determine the capability, interest, and availability of small businesses to implement the Program Cycle Support activity. The activity aims to increase the effectiveness of development investments across the USAID Program Cycle by tracking performance, adapting programs, generating evidence, creating a feedback loop, and strengthening partnerships with local stakeholders. The activity will prioritize core tasks such as Design, Performance Tracking, Evaluation, and Research, as well as capacity building for USAID/Vietnam staff and partners. The activity aims to support the Government of the Republic of Mozambique (GRM) in reaching and sustaining HIV epidemic control in four provinces - Sofala, Manica, Tete, and Niassa. The anticipated award will be for five years (2026-2031) with a total value of up to $155 million. The purpose of this communication is to obtain industry comment and input on the program, assess the interest of potential organizations, gain technical and organizational insights, explore innovative approaches to partnering, and collect inputs to improve the proposed Program Description (PD)/Statement of Work (SOW).
