J065--Clinical Communications Upgrade

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 07, Ralph H. Johnson VAMC, is issuing a Special Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract to Standard Communications Inc. for a Clinical Communications Upgrade. This upgrade will enhance the Spok-to-Cisco interfaces, including telephony support, operator console, Voice with a Smile, and installations of Spok PC software on designated desktop computers and Cisco station sets at the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC in Charleston, SC. The contract is intended to be a sole source award under VAAR Part 819.7008, specifically for verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
