The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a contractor to design, write, illustrate, fabricate, and install interpretive panels at the Navy’s Jim Creek Recreation Area in Snohomish County, Washington. Under the updated scope of work, the contractor must deliver three low-angled exterior-grade interpretive panels covering environmental and cultural themes, with an option for a fourth panel pending budget availability. The contractor is responsible for facilitating meetings, establishing a detailed schedule, researching content, managing graphic design, and executing fabrication using UV-stabilized materials, with a period of performance from August 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. This total small business set-aside will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract using the trade-off evaluation method, and updated quotes must be submitted via email to Chelsea Devivo at chelsea_devivo@ios.doi.gov by the close of business on July 21, 2026.
