USDA-ARS Mississippi Roofing Repairs - Multi Locations
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The USDA Forest Service, on behalf of the Agricultural Research Service, is seeking bids for two roofing restoration projects at separate locations in Mississippi. Package 1 requires roof preparation, cleaning, select structural replacements, and the application of a GAF Silicone Roof Coating System across four buildings at Mississippi State University in Starkville. Package 2 requires the supply and installation of 53 new roof vent boots and vent savers to repair winter storm damage at the National Biological Control Laboratory in Stoneville. This total small business set-aside will result in one or more firm-fixed-price contracts with a 90-day period of performance, and the selected contractor must provide a 10-year labor warranty and a 20-year coating warranty. Bids must be submitted by September 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM CT, and inquiries should be directed to primary contact Steven J. Alves at steven.alves@usda.gov.
