Request for Information on Water Desalination Equipment

The Department of the Navy, on behalf of the United States Marine Corps, has issued a Request for Information to assess market availability and capabilities for water desalination equipment to be utilized in Pacific island nations. Respondents are asked to describe their existing desalination capabilities in theater, commercial availability for procurement, estimated costs, delivery lead times, and daily potable water production capacities. This market research focuses on supporting regions with water supply challenges and limited infrastructure, such as Palau and other Pacific Island Countries.
