The USDA Rural Development Business Center, through the USDA Regional Acquisition Division, is seeking a short-term office rental for use in southern Mississippi. The requirement is for move-in-ready office space in D’Iberville or Biloxi with at least 1,600 square feet to house eight federal employees, including at least three private offices, a conference room for 15 people, and full-service rent covering utilities, janitorial service, and triple net costs. The space must be ADA compliant, provide sole access and control for USDA Rural Development, include adequate security and parking for five visitors and three government vehicles, and be available for a 12-month base term with two 12-month option years; occupancy is desired as soon as possible after award. The government targets an award date of June 30, 2026, intends to issue a solicitation to three previously identified sources using simplified procedures, and states that any responsible source meeting the criteria may request consideration, with SAM.gov registration required.
