LPD 17 Electrical Plant Control Midlife Upgrade

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a firm-fixed-price task order under a Blanket Order Agreement to Woodward, Inc. to provide support for the LPD 17 Electrical Plant Control Midlife Upgrade. The contractor will deliver dedicated engineering and program management support services to facilitate the electrical plant control system upgrades. This sole-source procurement is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) because Woodward, Inc. is the only source capable of satisfying the agency's requirements. The place of performance is Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and interested parties may submit capability statements to Vincent Romano at vincent.m.romano4.civ@us.navy.mil to assist the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
