Information Services Membership Subscription

The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has issued a pre-solicitation notice for an Information Services Membership Subscription, specifically for the Combat Capabilities Development Command-Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM-CBC)-RI.
