The Department of Health and Human Services, specifically the Indian Health Service, is seeking to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price contract with ScriptPro USA, Inc. for the annual maintenance and support of the ScriptPro 200 Collating Control Center Robotic Prescription Dispensing System at the Inscription House Health Center in Tonalea, Arizona. This procurement is critical to ensure uninterrupted service and support for the pharmacy department, which directly impacts patient care. The contract will cover a base period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with three additional option years extending through June 30, 2029. The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) in Tonalea, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to ScriptPro USA, Inc., UEI: RTB3DEMJ91U4, for support and service of the ScriptPro 200 Collating Control Center (CCC) Robotic Prescription Dispensing System as required by the Pharmacy Department. The award will be for a Base plus (3) three option years.

Base: 07/01/2025 – 06/30/2026

First Option Year: 07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027

Second Option Year: 07/01/2027 – 06/30/2028

Third Option Year: 07/01/2028 – 06/30/2029

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), ScriptPro USA, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the requires services for service repair of the 200 CCC Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systerm, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care.
