Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. International Trade Commission intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Purdue University’s Center for Global Trade Analysis to acquire an updated version of the Global Trade Analysis Project Critical Mineral database. The contractor must deliver an updated dataset that is fully compatible with GTAP v12 and utilizes a 2023 reference year. This specialized, disaggregated data requires complex methodology and significant resources to build, and no other vendor provides a compatible, unified dataset that meets the agency's requirements. Delivery of the database is due by October 30, 2026, for the place of performance in Washington, D.C.
