Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Air Force Force Protection Division within AFLCMC/ESS is seeking industry input on acquiring and sustaining Integrated Base Defense physical security and force protection electronic security capabilities for the Air Force Security Forces community. The work includes design, development, procurement, installation, integration, testing, certification, accreditation, and logistical support for intrusion detection and related security systems at Department of War locations in the United States and overseas. Key context includes an anticipated 10-year IDIQ approach, a projected effort spanning 50+ projects, a possible $1 billion ceiling, and the need for a SECRET facility clearance at submission, with a single prime expected to provide both physical security and software/cloud infrastructure. Responses to the RFI are due June 8, 2026, and a Request for Proposal is planned for 1QFY27.
