The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has issued Request for Quotations (RFQ) #63NLRB26Q0004 to secure lodging and meeting space for its 2026 Trial Advocacy Training Conference. Scheduled for September 14–18, 2026, the conference will host up to 140 attendees in one of five potential downtown locations: Chicago, Denver, San Diego, Atlanta, or Washington, DC. The requirement is divided into three Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): - **CLIN 1 (Lodging):** Accommodations for 135 guests for four nights and 5 guests for five nights, requiring clean, Wi-Fi-enabled, and ADA-compliant rooms. - **CLIN 2 (Meeting Rooms):** One general session room (seating 140, banquet-style with AV capabilities), 10 breakout rooms (seating 15 each, U-shaped), and one hospitality room. - **CLIN 3 (Refreshments):** Daily morning and afternoon beverage and light snack services from September 15–17.
