Contract Opportunity Analysis
The National Labor Relations Board requires a vendor to provide lodging, meeting spaces, and refreshment services for its Trial Advocacy Training Conference scheduled for September 14 through September 18, 2026. The contractor must supply clean, Wi-Fi-enabled lodging for up to 140 guests, ten breakout rooms, a general session room, a hospitality room, audio/visual support, and morning and afternoon refreshments. The conference must be hosted in a downtown hotel location within either Chicago, Illinois; Denver, Colorado; San Diego, California; Atlanta, Georgia; or Washington, DC. The government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order based on a best-value evaluation of technical capabilities, past performance, and price, with lodging rates restricted to federal per diem limits. Questions are due by July 10, 2026, and final electronic quotes must be submitted to Contracting Officer Delfina St. Clair at delfina.st.clair@nlrb.gov by July 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST.
