Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Mission Installation Contracting Command at Fort Jackson, for the Department of the Army, is conducting market research for Soldier resilience, therapeutic support, trauma-response, and wellness services tied to the Soldier Monitoring System effort. The requirement centers on providers that can deliver resilience and wellness programming, counseling and group therapy, crisis and post-trauma response support, and preventive education for Soldiers, cadre, and families. A key focus is on vendors with licensed mental health professionals, trauma-informed approaches, flexible access for urgent and group sessions, and the ability to support the Brigade’s Traumatic Event Management framework within 40 miles of Fort Jackson in Columbia, South Carolina.
