The work includes installing new solar photovoltaic systems, replacing exterior lighting with LED technology, designing and installing a containerized battery energy storage system, integrating new equipment into the existing Building Automation System, and completing related HVAC and lighting upgrades across multiple compound buildings. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside with a two-phase process for minimum mandatory requirements, then technical and price proposals, and it is associated with an estimated cost range of $25 million to $35 million; offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and be eligible for a Secret Facility Clearance.
