The Department of the Army, USACE Savannah District, is conducting market research for the FY 27 South Georgia Optimized Remediation Contract. The selected contractor will perform environmental restoration activities, including investigations, remedial system construction, operation and maintenance, and optimization, across 26 Installation Restoration Program sites and one Military Munitions Response Program site. Work will take place at Moody Air Force Base and Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, with remediation activities governed by RCRA and CERCLA under regulatory oversight from the Georgia Environmental Protection Department and the EPA Region 4.
