The National Park Service Alaska Regional Office is seeking commercial services to repair and ensure code compliance for the underground storage tank system at Glacier Bay National Park in Gustavus, Alaska. The selected contractor must replace noncompliant drop tubes on six underground storage tanks with new four-inch drop tubes, perform minor excavation, restore all disturbed areas, and submit completed Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation repair reports. Eligible contractors must be certified UST inspectors and installers licensed in Alaska, and the firm-fixed-price contract will be evaluated using a best-value tradeoff process based on technical capability, past experience, and price. The anticipated period of performance runs from September 18, 2026, through November 1, 2026, and electronic quotes must be submitted to Contracting Officer Ronald Bunch at ronald_bunch@nps.gov by September 21, 2026, at 17:00 ET.
