Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District is seeking business sources for a supply contract to provide Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) and snowplow attachments for the Dworshak National Fish Hatchery in Orofino, Idaho. The scope of work requires the supply, delivery, installation, functional testing, and operator training for two new current-year standard factory model UTVs equipped with fully enclosed climate-controlled cabs, two 72-inch steel snowplow attachments, and associated spare parts. Technical requirements include a minimum 95 HP gasoline engine, liquid cooling, 4x4 capability, a minimum 1,000-pound payload capacity, a minimum 4,500-pound capacity winch, and a factory-authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer repair facility located within a 50-air mile radius of the hatchery. Interested sources must submit a capability statement, technical experience list, business size and socioeconomic type, and service capability statement to Chandra Crow at chandra.d.crow@usace.army.mil by 3:00 PM on July 17, 2026.
