Contract Opportunity Analysis

The U.S. Department of Transportation, Office of the Secretary, intends to award a sole-source contract to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to provide SmartBenefits and transit benefits to customers in the Washington capital region. Under the direction of the Office of Transportation Services, the contractor will purchase and distribute transit fare media to more than 200,000 federal employees using Economy Act agreements.
