CMC Greenspace Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the CMC Greenspace Project at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia. The contractor will perform design-bid-build construction to modernize the green space around Building 555, which includes installing memorials honoring the U.S. Air Force Reserve Command, site preparation, demolition, establishing new secondary electrical distribution and area lighting, and implementing new landscaping to screen surrounding industrial functions. Work must be completed within 450 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with an optional bid item that can be exercised no later than 120 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed without extending the performance period. This competitive service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside has an estimated magnitude of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000, with a solicitation expected on or about August 7, 2026, and electronic bids required through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment.
