The goal is to enhance the technical proficiency of RISC data practitioners, moving them beyond basic chat interfaces to autonomous agentic workflows and efficient coding practices. The contract is Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The scope of work includes pre-training course outlines, kick-off meetings, testing classroom technology, conducting group training (in-person or virtual, capped at 20 students), and providing course completion certificates. Key training topics include Agentic AI Frameworks, Advanced Prompt & Context Engineering, and Vibe Coding. The contractor must provide qualified instructors and electronic course materials. Travel for in-person training is optional and cost-reimbursable with pre-approval. Deliverables include the course outline, kick-off meeting, technology test-run, hands-on training sessions, course materials, and post-training certificates and survey results.

The USPS OIG is seeking training on agentic automation and Vibe Coding for its RISC team, comprising 50 individuals, with an estimated 40-50 employees attending two in-person courses. Training will occur in Spring/Summer at USPS OIG facilities in Arlington, VA, with USPS providing classroom space, AV, and Azure VMs for labs. Participants will use Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) laptops, and pip installs will require prior IT security clearance. The curriculum should introduce LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen for evaluation, focusing on synthetic contractor-provided data for RAG labs. The audience has Python proficiency, with some SQL inclination, and minimal agentic framework experience. USPS OIG seeks an overall curriculum for concept understanding, with labs tailored for data analysts and scientists. Key outcome metrics include Retrieval & Accuracy, Logging and Monitoring, and Scope, Law, and Regulation Compliance. USPS uses Databricks, Microsoft AI Foundry, VSCode, Google Gemini, NotebookLM, and AskSage, and is developing web apps for data insights.
