The project consists of the following work on two maintenance buildings adjacent to the B. Everett Jordan Lake Visitor Assistance Center:

BID ITEM 1 - Removal of the existing corrugated metal roof on an eighty foot (80’) x thirty-two foot (32’) metal building (Compound Building #1), removal of existing insulation, installation of a filled cavity roof insulation system, and installation of a new twenty-four (24) gauge PBR panel roof and associated components


OPTIONAL ITEM 1 - Removal of the existing corrugated metal roof on a ninety-nine foot (99)’ x thirty-two foot (32’) metal building (Compound Building #2) and installation of a new twenty-four (24) gauge PBR panel roof and associated components


The Period of Performance will require starting work with 60 days of contract award and completion within 120 days of contract award.


The work site is located at B. Everett Jordan Dam, Moncure, North Carolina.


The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price.


The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
