The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency is procuring Behavioral Science Support Services to assist its Counter Insider Threat Office's Behavioral Science Team. The selected contractor must provide two full-time clinical psychologists to deliver national security psychology consultations, threat detection training, threat mitigation research, and inter-agency liaison services. Work will be performed primarily at NGA Campus East in Springfield, Virginia, under a firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period, four 12-month option years, and a six-month extension option. Final proposals must be submitted via SAM.gov by July 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET, and candidates must possess a doctoral degree in psychology and a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
