DLA Maritime Portsmouth, part of the Department of Defense’s Defense Logistics Agency, is seeking quotes for new armature coils for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard under a total small business set-aside. The requirement is for six sets of coils, with 160 coils per set, manufactured to the attached DCMA criteria, drawings, and new manufacturing procedure. The work calls for DCMA inspection at source and a pre-award inspection, with a final certification package, descriptive literature, traceability if the offeror is not the manufacturer, and compliance with the listed solicitation and cybersecurity-related provisions, including a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD assessment summary score in SPRS. Drawings are available only upon request with a valid DD Form 2345 and signed security agreement, and delivery is to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine.
