Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Skytron LLC for replacement monitors and fiber optic cabling necessary for a Skytron SkyVision Ascend IP TAVR Video Integration Unit in the TAVR Lab Room E-747, which is currently non-functional. This equipment is critical as it integrates with existing Skytron systems, including surgical and wall displays, and in-light surgical cameras, ensuring operational continuity in the lab. The government believes that Skytron LLC is the only vendor capable of fulfilling this requirement, and this notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
