6515--Sources Sought Notice Digital Monitoring System Brand Name or Equal

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, issued a Sources Sought Notice (36C26326Q0734) for Digital Monitoring System Supplies and accessories for the Minneapolis VAMC. This notice is for market research to identify businesses capable of providing Sentec Digital Monitoring Systems or equivalent for the Sleep Clinic, to replace problematic Radiometer Transcutaneous CO2 Monitors. The required systems must provide continuous, non-invasive measurement of tcCO2 and tcPO2, feature user-friendly interfaces, be portable, have a color touchscreen, allow for tracking and trending of respiratory parameters, integrate with hospital systems, have configurable alarms, utilize comfortable sensors, and be FDA approved. Vendors must submit their Unique Entity Identifier, proof of capability, socio-economic category, manufacturer information (if not the manufacturer), a FAR Provision 52.225-2(b) certificate, and details on government contracts, compliance with 13 CFR 121.406(b)(1), subcontracting plans, and estimated shipping/delivery.
