Synopsis for Information Services Membership Subscription

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command-Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC)-RI, is seeking a database membership focused on counterfeit and non-conforming parts and materials. The selected contractor must provide data and market analysis tools, real-time alerts, Bill of Material/Assembly Cross Checking against high-risk parts, tools to identify replacements and supplier sources, and training on the visual indicators of counterfeit parts. This database must deliver analytical tools capable of monitoring, investigating, and reporting issues that affect the global electronics supply chain over a period of performance from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027.
