The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field, under the Department of the Air Force, is seeking SF 330 submissions for a small-business set-aside architect-engineer IDIQ contract for civil and structural engineering services. The work covers Title I and Title II design services across multiple disciplines, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental support, along with investigations, surveys, geotechnical work, hazardous materials studies, planning, cost estimating, and construction contract documents for Hurlburt Field and other Air Force Special Operations Command facilities worldwide. Selection will be based on SF 330 qualifications, with emphasis on key personnel, relevant Air Force or DoD experience, capacity, past performance, and proximity to Hurlburt Field, and the IDIQ is a five-year, single-award contract with separate task-order periods negotiated as needed. SF 330s must be emailed as a single PDF to both points of contact by 08 June 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT, questions are due by 01 June 2026, and offerors are responsible for confirming receipt.
