Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force, through FA4417 1 SOCONS at Hurlburt Field, is conducting a sources sought market research effort to identify small business contractors that could support base recovery after a natural disaster or other emergency. The work would place responders on a master vendor list for potential future needs covering services such as air conditioning and plumbing, generators, heavy equipment, hotels and motels, tree services, water removal, and other emergency support functions. The effort is for planning purposes only and does not commit the government to issue a solicitation, with submissions expected from interested firms that provide contact information, capabilities, any relevant NAICS codes, and a labeled PDF capability statement. All information must be submitted by 26 May 2026 by email to elisabeth.pesiri.1@us.af.mil, with the subject line referencing the project name.
