The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is seeking sources to provide comprehensive flight operations, maintenance, and contractor logistics support for a fleet of Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated aircraft. The selected contractor will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of Gulfstream 650ER and Boeing 737-700 aircraft utilized for deportation removals, voluntary repatriations, medical evacuations, and senior official transport. Performance requires maintaining a fully mission-capable rate exceeding 90 percent while operating 24/7/365 across domestic and international locations, with an anticipated five-year period of performance starting July 28, 2027.
