Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, is seeking a contractor to develop, expand, and maintain the agency-wide Community Reentry Network Salesforce database and electronic clearinghouse. The selected contractor must identify, vet, and reverify faith-based organizations to connect releasing federal inmates with mentoring and reentry support, adding a minimum of 750 to 800 new resources monthly. Work requires a specialized four-member team, including members with a doctoral degree in theology, sociology, or psychology, criminal justice experience, Spanish language fluency, and documented Native American tribal membership. This total small business set-aside will result in a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract featuring a one-year base period and up to four and a half years of options. Technical questions must be emailed to C.J. Price by August 31, 2026, and final proposals are due via email to c1price@bop.gov by September 21, 2026.
