NASA INNOVATIVE ADVANCED CONCEPTS (NIAC) PHASE I
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Headquarters is preparing to release a solicitation for the "NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) Phase I" program, anticipated on or about June 3, 2025. This initiative aims to support innovative research through a two-step proposal process, where Phase I awards will focus on exploring the feasibility and viability of visionary concepts over a nine-month period. The NIAC program is crucial for advancing space technology and research, allowing U.S. organizations of all types to participate, while non-U.S. organizations may collaborate on a no-funds exchange basis. Interested proposers should register in the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) and submit their proposals electronically, with a virtual forum scheduled for June 11, 2025, to address key aspects of the solicitation.
