U008--Performance Improvement Management System (PIMS) | Special Notice | Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 5, intends to award a sole-source contract to Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Incorporated (ORAU) for the Performance Improvement Management System (PIMS) services. This procurement aims to provide VA-wide access and online management of critical emergency preparedness and response modules, which are essential for the development and execution of exercises, inspections, performance assessments, fiscal accounting, and personnel deployments during emergencies.
