Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force’s 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB is conducting a sources sought market research effort for a future Speed Trailer requirement supporting the 9th Security Forces Squadron. The work calls for purchase, delivery, and one-time instruction for a solar-powered, towable license plate recognition speed trailer, along with the supervision, labor, tools, materials, parts, and equipment needed to fulfill the requirement. The trailer is expected to include LPR cameras, backup battery power, a heavy-duty solar panel, secure cloud-based data storage, and the ability to operate in extreme temperatures and darkness while tracking multiple lanes. The contractor must provide two hours of on-site training for up to ten government personnel, with delivery to Beale AFB within 60 days ARO and a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
