The project involves pipeline maintenance and advanced maintenance dredging of approximately 1.5 million cubic yards, with material placement in various areas and beneficial use in Caney Creek. Work must occur during winter months (October-February) to avoid environmental impacts on nesting birds and turtles. The estimated construction price range is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000, with a completion time of 240 calendar days for the main work and 58 days for options.
