Appraisal Services Support for Real Estate Activities – New York State

The United States Postal Service is seeking market research responses for appraisal services support related to real estate activities across New York State. The work would support acquisitions, lease renewals, rental analysis, property disposition, easements, rights-of-way, property tax reduction initiatives, outleasing and subleasing, and litigation or condemnation matters. USPS is looking for qualified commercial real estate appraisal firms that can provide accurate, independent, and unbiased services in New York and comply with applicable standards including USPAP, UAFEA, and FIRREA where applicable, with appraisers holding a Certified General Appraiser license and at least five years of experience.
