Pre-Solicitation Notice for Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Regional Dredge Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) - USACE Huntington District - W91237-26-R-A024

The Department of the Army, USACE Huntington District, is seeking proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Contract to support the Regional Dredge Multiple Award Task Order Contract. Selected contractors will perform maintenance dredging and clearing and snagging services for Ohio River Government lock facilities and open channel areas across the Nashville, Louisville, Huntington, and Pittsburgh districts. The work features a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods, with proposals evaluated on past performance, small business participation plans, and price reasonableness. The agency anticipates awarding up to three firm-fixed-price contracts with a shared total capacity not to exceed $80,000,000.00.
