State-Level Data on Software Investment, Equipment Purchases, and E-Commerce Shipments
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Commerce Bureau of Economic Analysis is seeking information from private data providers to identify sources capable of supplying state- and county-level economic datasets. The required datasets must cover three key areas: prepackaged and custom software usage locations, geographic data on equipment purchases and installations, and origin-to-destination e-commerce shipment flows. To support regional economic measurement, the Bureau prefers national-coverage datasets with annual updates and a historical time series reaching back to 2011 or earlier, delivered in structured formats under licensing terms that permit internal analysis and publication of derived statistics. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement of no more than 10 pages to Blen Gabriel at bgabriel@doc.gov and Jacqueline Brown at jbrown4@doc.gov.
