Install 16 FPCON Signs on USAG-Humphreys

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command, is seeking information for a Force Protection Condition LED messaging system at United States Army Garrison Humphreys in the Republic of Korea. The selected contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, and services to design, install, program, test, and coordinate the system, which includes 16 wireless display boards, a central laptop or PC sending unit, and four wireless repeaters. Technical specifications require full-color RGB LED display signs with a minimum brightness of 7,000 to 10,000 nits, automatic ambient light sensors, and an Intel Core i5 or i7 central processing unit with a self-encrypting drive.
