The Federal Emergency Management Agency is procuring brand-name broadcasting and video recording equipment for the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center in Bluemont, Virginia. The contractor must deliver 21 distinct line items of brand-name equipment, including PTZ cameras, HDTV tuners, openGear distribution amplifiers, converters, and patchbays, to support a modernization effort to upgrade the facility's broadcast studio to a 12G-SDI capable standard. All items must be delivered within 30 to 60 days after receipt of order, with the period of performance scheduled from July 31, 2026, to August 30, 2026. This total small business set-aside solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price contract evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis.
