The Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg is seeking a contractor to refurbish regulating valves designated as special emphasis, critical shipboard material. Work requires clean and teardown evaluation of the carcasses, followed by complete repair, refurbishment, testing, and certification of the assemblies in accordance with specific Vacco drawings. The contractor must perform teardown and evaluation within 180 days of carcass receipt and complete the full repair within a requested turnaround time of 365 days. Quality control procedures must align with ISO-9001, and final inspection and certification data must be submitted through the Wide Area Work Flow system for review and acceptance prior to shipment.
